AUT fashion graduate Lisa Li graduated last year and decided to continue her fashion projects, experimenting with functional avant garde fashion ideas.

Her work is characterised by intricate, intelligent pieces which come together in a jigsaw puzzle of shapes and form.

"I am working with the concept of putting together a jacket like a puzzle pieces through developing an interlocking system, working with leather and laser cutting."

"My work focuses on encouraging an interactive element in a cold consumerism-driven world by adding a “human touch” and inviting people to play with what they are given."

"All my works allows you to put it together yourselves and interchange and add-on parts to create new looks; much like putting together Lego pieces."
