Coffee & Portuguese rice muffins (by Loua)

Bolo de Arroz
● 300 g sugar
● 150 g butter
● zest of 1 lemon
● 6 eggs
● sufficient milk to make 1/2 litre with the eggs
● 300 g wheat flour
● 150 g rice flour
● 25 g baking powder

Mix sugar, butter, and lemon zest. Beat very well, until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add milk to the beaten egg to makes more or less 1/2 litre and stir into the butter and sugar mixture, then add flours and baking powder. Put spoonfuls of the mixture into muffin tins lined with paper and bake in medium oven, until you think they are cooked

Nagymama

Egy nagymama korú hölgy jelentkezett a főiskolára. Letette a felvételi
vizsgákat, fel is vették .
De a vizsgáztatók kíváncsiak voltak, hát megkérdezték. Mondja hölgyem,
minek magának a főiskola,
hiszen már nyugdíjban van!?
Hát nem is magamért csinálom, de az én lökött párom a kocsmában azon
ácsingózott, hogy a 70. éves
születésnapjára szuper ajándék lenne neki, ha megkefélhetne egy diáklányt ....
